Hans Egocheaga is a tax preparer who has over 10 years’ experience helping clients resolve their tax issues. He is also a certified tax resolution specialist.
Originally from Lima Peru, Hans graduated from the University of Lima and moved to Tampa, Florida. Then he started acting on his american dream and eventually became a tax preparer and public notary.
Hans then joined the the largest tax firm in the country, H&R Block, where he was a manager in the Tampa office. He had to review and manage over 500 tax clients annually.
Since leaving H&R Block, Hans is currently in private practice, focusing on preparing taxes for both corporate and individual clients, but also handling personal and business tax planning, notary public,administer oaths and affirmations, take affidavits and statutory declarations, witness and authenticate the execution of certain classes of documents, take acknowledgments of deeds and other conveyances, protest notes and bills of exchange, provide notice of foreign drafts, prepare marine or ship's protests in cases of damage, provide exemplifications and notarial copies, and perform certain other official acts.
Hans is an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the U S Treasury Department to represent any taxpayer before the IRS. He has been a tax professional for ten years and has helped hundreds of taxpayers pay the lowest tax allowed by law. He is a graduate of the National Tax Practice Institute, the highest credential offered by the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
